Ingredients
- 200 g of Kellogg’s Oats
- 2 Eggs
- 20 g Sugar
- 25 g Butter
- 200 ml of fresh milk
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 strawberries for garnishing (Optional)
Method
- In a large bowl combine the oats with egg, sugar, salt and butter.
- Mix in the fresh milk and combine to a batter with a similar consistency of a traditional pancake.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat-lightly grease and add in the batter.
- Cook till golden brown.
- Garnish with strawberries and serve.
- Tip: Stir in diced or pureed fruit to add variety on taste.
