  • We have a standard delivery lead time of 72 hours.
  • We deliver Colombo & Suburbs only.
  • A delivery fee of Rs. 250/= will be charged for your order.
  • Free delivery for orders above Rs. 10,000/=
  • If you find that you have given the wrong address details please contact our customer care team within 24 hours via [email protected], quoting your order reference number and the address that has to be changed.
  • An email and a SMS confirmation will be sent at each stage (order received, order processing and order delivered). Registered members are privileged to track the status of the order through “My Account > Order Status”.
  • We have only given the option of placing the order online and to have it delivered to your door step at this point in time.
  • No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order but you can check out as a guest if you wish.
  • No, once you have progressed through the payment webpage or received your order confirmation you are unable to change products in your order.
  • Please contact our customer care team within 24 hours; we will cancel it for you.
  • The payment will be refunded within 7 working days. We will refund the money to the card used to pay for your purchase.
  • Minimum order value is LKR 2500.
  • We accept online payments via visa/ master cards to process the order.
  • You will receive your order confirmation via e-mail and a text message.
  • Your order payments are confirmed on-screen as well as by an order confirmation email. Leave a few minutes after payment and check your inbox and spam folder for your order confirmation. If you encounter any error message on-screen or did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] before attempting a new order.
  • If you have already placed multiple orders and wish to cancel, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Yes, you will receive a call or an email confirmation informing if any products are not available before delivery.
  • We make sure that items are packed securely.
  • If you receive any damaged items, please inform the delivery person immediately before signing the invoice confirming that the items you received are in good condition and in good order.
